You Can Do It!

I know you can. You can do anything you want!

It doesn't matter if you want to lose weight,
stop smoking, start a business, find the love
of your life, write that novel that you've been
thinking about.

Anything. You can do it!

Napoleon Hill said "Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve. Thoughts are things! And powerful things at that, when mixed with definiteness of purpose, and burning desire, can be translated into riches."

How can you do it?

1. Be consistent: Follow through and stay in accordance with your goal,
don't start self contradicting yourself.

Do not wait; the time will never be "just right." Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along.
Napoleon Hill

2. Remain positive: Don't let the negativity of others convince you to give up.

Follow your own particular dreams. We are handed a life by peers, parents and society, you can do that or follow your own dreams. Life is short, be a dreamer but be a practical person.
Hugh Hefner

3.Confront your past: Don't let your past disappointments and failures discourage you.

Failure is a word I don't accept.
John H. Johnson

If at first you don't succeed, try and try again.

4.Desire: Want and crave that which you want to do.

Strong, deeply rooted desire is the starting point of all achievement.
Napoleon Hill

5. Be confident: Believe in your powers and that you will act in a proper and effective way.

Whatever qualities the rich may have, they can be acquired by anyone with the tenacity to become rich. The key, I think, is confidence. Confidence and an unshakable belief it can be done and that you are the one to do it.
Felix Dennis

The five simple steps above can help you with your I can do it attitude and to help
you focus on your goal. Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone and to try
something different. You will always find a solution.

Walt Disney said "The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing."

And yes I do believe that you can do it.

Have a confident and positive day.
